Thank you for shopping with Castorganics. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our premium castor oil products. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase:

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns or exchanges only under the following condition:

- The product arrives damaged, leaking, or defective.

To be eligible:

- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, Castorganics Castor Oil cannot be returned or refunded once opened.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind
  • Allergic reactions (please check ingredients carefully before purchasing)

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

  1. Please email us at admin@castorganics.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include: Your order number. A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund for damaged or incorrect items.

 Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we confirm your request.
