Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages:
- Lost or Stolen: Castorganics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly.

- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged package/product
We’ll be happy to assist with a replacement or refund.
International Duties & Taxes:
